Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 5,082,240 and represented 75.05% of the total Tennessee population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Shelby had the highest citizen voting-age population (669.52K), followed by Davidson (498.69K), and Knox (355.90K).

In terms of percentages, Lake had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.88%), followed by Bledsoe (82.59%), and Wayne (82.30%).
