Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 5,275,348 and represented 74.65% of the total Tennessee population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Shelby had the highest citizen voting-age population (645.83K), followed by Davidson (511.76K), and Knox (374.90K).

In terms of percentages, Lake had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.57%), followed by Bledsoe (83.66%), and Wayne (82.31%).
