Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 5,206,670 and represented 75.20% of the total Tennessee population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Shelby had the highest citizen voting-age population (662.01K), followed by Davidson (516.18K), and Knox (368.78K).

In terms of percentages, Lake had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.64%), followed by Johnson (82.54%), and Trousdale (82.49%).
