Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 53,180 and represented 2.35% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (10.05K), followed by Scott (4.97K), and Woodbury (4.17K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.57%), followed by Muscatine (9.93%), and Crawford (9.30%).
