Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 53,180 and represented 1.63% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (9.79K), followed by Fayette (4.36K), and Hardin (2.93K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (4.26%), followed by Hardin (3.80%), and Boone (2.47%).
