Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 913,605 and represented 28.03% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (105.59K), followed by Fayette (30.58K), and Christian (10.50K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (22.28%), followed by Christian (20.27%), and Jefferson (19.26%).
