Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,251,565 and represented 29.32% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (148.70K), followed by Fayette (41.64K), and Christian (14.90K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.47%), followed by Jefferson (20.77%), and Christian (20.52%).
