Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,259,335 and represented 19.66% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (106.40K), followed by Pierce (52.38K), and Snohomish (15.18K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.75%), followed by King (5.94%), and Thurston (2.72%).
