Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 925,430 and represented 19.02% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (77.65K), followed by Pierce (39.37K), and Snohomish (11.13K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.76%), followed by King (5.59%), and Thurston (2.64%).
