Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,152,345 and represented 73.03% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (283.64K), followed by Benton (152.85K), and Washington (141.23K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.25%), followed by Calhoun (81.39%), and Baxter (81.23%).
