Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 4,785,580 and represented 74.18% of the total Tennessee population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Shelby had the highest citizen voting-age population (660.46K), followed by Davidson (463.01K), and Knox (334.16K).

In terms of percentages, Johnson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.01%), followed by Lake (81.94%), and Pickett (81.37%).
