Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 4,866,910 and represented 70.54% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.39M), followed by Pierce (582.25K), and Snohomish (514.43K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.59%), followed by Wahkiakum (82.32%), and San Juan (82.20%).
