Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 58,460 and represented 1.49% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (21.86K), followed by Ramsey (13.91K), and Dakota (9.24K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.12%), followed by Kandiyohi (6.62%), and Watonwan (6.43%).
