Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 58,460 and represented 1.00% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (61.09K), followed by Prince William (31.80K), and Virginia Beach city (17.45K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (17.79%), followed by Manassas city (12.53%), and Prince William (12.03%).
