Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 925,430 and represented 28.20% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (106.96K), followed by Fayette (31.04K), and Christian (10.45K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (22.77%), followed by Christian (20.07%), and Jefferson (19.36%).
