Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,259,335 and represented 29.37% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (149.09K), followed by Fayette (42.03K), and Christian (14.46K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.22%), followed by Jefferson (20.71%), and Christian (19.82%).
