Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,526,595 and represented 68.15% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.66M), followed by Pima (715.17K), and Pinal (269.27K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.86%), followed by Gila (77.49%), and Mohave (76.98%).
