Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest citizen voting-age population (6.05M), followed by San Diego (2.14M), and Orange (1.96M).
In terms of percentages, Sierra had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.62%), followed by Amador (82.11%), and Tuolumne (81.22%).
