Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for New Jersey was 6,053,895 and represented 67.99% of the total New Jersey population.

Among all New Jersey counties, Bergen had the highest citizen voting-age population (623.92K), followed by Middlesex (531.48K), and Essex (506.17K).

In terms of percentages, Cape May had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.38%), followed by Sussex (75.72%), and Hunterdon (74.97%).
