Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Vermont was 493,125 and represented 78.70% of the total Vermont population.

Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden had the highest citizen voting-age population (124.45K), followed by Rutland (48.83K), and Washington (46.74K).

In terms of percentages, Rutland had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.67%), followed by Essex (80.10%), and Grand Isle (80.07%).
