Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Vermont was 516,775 and represented 80.27% of the total Vermont population.

Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden had the highest citizen voting-age population (134.29K), followed by Rutland (49.51K), and Washington (48.20K).

In terms of percentages, Windham had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.92%), followed by Essex (81.84%), and Rutland (81.71%).
