Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 60,985 and represented 1.54% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (22.23K), followed by Ramsey (14.55K), and Dakota (9.12K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.53%), followed by Watonwan (8.29%), and Kandiyohi (6.66%).
