Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 60,985 and represented 1.02% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (64.72K), followed by Prince William (34.21K), and Virginia Beach city (19.12K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (18.94%), followed by Manassas city (13.18%), and Prince William (12.60%).
