Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 935,440 and represented 28.37% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (109.11K), followed by Fayette (31.88K), and Christian (10.47K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (22.45%), followed by Christian (20.10%), and Jefferson (19.57%).
