Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,266,075 and represented 29.44% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (150.63K), followed by Fayette (43.08K), and Christian (14.30K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.75%), followed by Jefferson (20.78%), and Christian (19.62%).
