Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,271,600 and represented 19.37% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (110.02K), followed by Pierce (52.69K), and Snohomish (16.43K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.61%), followed by King (5.96%), and Island (2.96%).
