Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 945,515 and represented 18.88% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (80.08K), followed by Pierce (40.48K), and Snohomish (12.24K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.75%), followed by King (5.58%), and Thurston (2.85%).
