Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,613,575 and represented 68.57% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.72M), followed by Pima (720.41K), and Pinal (278.22K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.19%), followed by Gila (77.64%), and Mohave (77.56%).
