Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 62,380 and represented 1.57% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (22.55K), followed by Ramsey (15.18K), and Dakota (9.32K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.34%), followed by Watonwan (8.86%), and Kandiyohi (6.81%).
