Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 62,380 and represented 1.04% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (64.98K), followed by Prince William (35.43K), and Virginia Beach city (19.58K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (18.14%), followed by Manassas city (14.56%), and Prince William (12.91%).
