Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 945,515 and represented 28.53% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (110.30K), followed by Fayette (32.35K), and Christian (10.48K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.87%), followed by Christian (20.02%), and Jefferson (19.65%).
