Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,271,600 and represented 29.47% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (152.99K), followed by Fayette (43.50K), and Christian (14.68K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (26.01%), followed by Jefferson (21.01%), and Christian (20.14%).
