Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 66,010 and represented 1.65% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (23.95K), followed by Ramsey (15.84K), and Dakota (10.15K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.67%), followed by Watonwan (9.64%), and Kandiyohi (6.86%).
