Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 66,010 and represented 1.09% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (67.72K), followed by Prince William (36.97K), and Loudoun (20.93K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (21.14%), followed by Manassas city (16.22%), and Prince William (13.25%).
