Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 952,790 and represented 28.65% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (112.30K), followed by Fayette (32.45K), and Christian (10.61K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (22.60%), followed by Christian (20.57%), and Jefferson (19.87%).
