Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,276,885 and represented 29.52% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (156.14K), followed by Fayette (43.16K), and Christian (14.77K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.19%), followed by Jefferson (21.31%), and Christian (20.67%).
