Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Vermont was 494,675 and represented 79.15% of the total Vermont population.

Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden had the highest citizen voting-age population (126.50K), followed by Rutland (48.18K), and Washington (46.72K).

In terms of percentages, Grand Isle had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.48%), followed by Rutland (81.27%), and Essex (80.84%).
