Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 70,240 and represented 1.74% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (25.07K), followed by Ramsey (16.60K), and Dakota (11.40K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.16%), followed by Watonwan (10.79%), and Kandiyohi (6.53%).
