Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 70,240 and represented 1.15% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (70.26K), followed by Prince William (39.47K), and Loudoun (21.11K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (23.40%), followed by Manassas city (18.08%), and Prince William (13.90%).
