Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 960,075 and represented 28.76% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (114.28K), followed by Fayette (32.20K), and Christian (10.71K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.39%), followed by Christian (20.73%), and Jefferson (20.13%).
