Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,281,810 and represented 29.55% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (158.64K), followed by Fayette (42.38K), and Christian (14.91K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.92%), followed by Jefferson (21.57%), and Christian (20.94%).
