Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,548,850 and represented 28.15% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.76M), followed by DuPage (490.27K), and Lake (343.27K).

In terms of percentages, Scott had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.97%), followed by Cumberland (98.32%), and Edwards (98.30%).
