Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,621,730 and represented 28.67% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.73M), followed by DuPage (475.95K), and Lake (338.75K).

In terms of percentages, Shelby had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.05%), followed by Wayne (97.97%), and Cumberland (97.88%).
