Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,558,830 and represented 28.23% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.74M), followed by DuPage (482.09K), and Lake (337.72K).

In terms of percentages, Shelby had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.25%), followed by Cumberland (97.95%), and Scott (97.56%).
