Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (2.08M), followed by DuPage (599.16K), and Will (430.06K).

In terms of percentages, Shelby had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.33%), followed by Jasper (97.20%), and Scott (97.07%).
