Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (2.11M), followed by DuPage (599.61K), and Will (429.13K).

In terms of percentages, Jasper had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.50%), followed by Wayne (97.35%), and Shelby (97.20%).
