Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,606,270 and represented 28.70% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.70M), followed by DuPage (466.51K), and Will (330.63K).

In terms of percentages, Cumberland had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.35%), followed by Wayne (97.87%), and Shelby (97.49%).
