Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,287,245 and represented 18.79% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (120.40K), followed by Pierce (54.68K), and Snohomish (19.53K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.51%), followed by King (6.25%), and Island (3.13%).
