Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 967,605 and represented 18.40% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (86.68K), followed by Pierce (42.97K), and Snohomish (14.82K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.75%), followed by King (5.75%), and Thurston (3.09%).
