Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,920,450 and represented 69.79% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.93M), followed by Pima (746.54K), and Pinal (312.53K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.82%), followed by Mohave (79.79%), and Gila (78.34%).
